Summer Movies?!

As we are approaching the summer blockbuster season, I can't think of much I want to see. I am semi excited for Harry Potter, but nothing else is grabbing my attention. What do you guys want to see and or what have you already seen.

I am not seeing anything very interesting either. I first need to see Harry Potter #7 part 1 before part 2.

Ive seen xmen and it was pretty weak, I saw hangover 2 and i laughed a few times it doesnt beat the original but lets just say i was seriously intoxicated so maybe that helped... maybe. I heard super 8 sucks balls which i thought it had potential but every says dont waste your time. HP7 is going to be the movie to see this summer.

Super 8 wasn't terrible-- just ok. Maybe not worth spending $$ at the theater tho.


I wanna see that Tree of Life movie, even though i really hate Sean Penn.

Did anyone else see Bridesmaids? I want to know if I'm the only one who found it surprisingly chuckle worthy at least. Bear in mind I saw it for $1.

I liked it a lot, the problem with it was that it was a comedy romance, which is better than a romcom. But I think it thought it had to rely on the romance to drive the plot, but if it had just got out of the way the comedy would have been that much better. But it was funny and a comedy first, which is a step in the right direction.

I agree, it was quite funny but got pretty lovey-dovey at the end which sucked. I saw Lincoln Lawyer with Matthew McConaughey and that movie was bad a$$. Hangover 2 was a flop too. I wanna see Horrible Bosses though. Anyone see that?

I ended up going to Bridemaids on a date so I at least I scored points/got laid. It was heavy on the trite romance stuff but it was funny and I can't help but like Kristen Wiig (am I the only one who finds her surprisingly attractice? like you can't really explain why you're attracted to her because you simultanouesly think she's sorta ugly? i dunno this has bugged me for a while.). And hell, like I said, I only spend $1.

As for Horrible Bosses I heard the plot is pretty weak but that it's super funny. I wanna get out to see it.

Oh and I know this isn't exactly a Summer movie - came out late Winter I think - but did anybody ever see Cedar Rapids? If so, was it funny?
